Terms of Service — Lider Content

Welcome to Lider Content ("the Service", "we", "us"). The Service is operated by Roee Liderman as a sole operator. Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms, including the recurring monthly subscription terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Lider Content is an AI-powered content factory that helps creators and businesses generate ideas, scripts, and short-form rendered videos suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to process your input and generate tailored output.

3. Recurring Monthly Subscription

The Service is sold as a recurring monthly subscription priced at ILS 490 per month. Billing occurs automatically at the start of each monthly cycle, charged to the payment method you provided at sign-up. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. We may change the subscription price; in that case we will give you at least 14 days' prior notice. Your cancellation will be honored if received before the start of the next billing cycle.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use the Service you must create an account using an email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate and current information.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes copyright or trademarks, is defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. You may not attempt to bypass technical limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to train competing AI models.

6. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your inputs (brand profile, ideas, scripts you write) and of the outputs the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you (including sending it to third-party AI models for processing).

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced by the Service is generated by AI models. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, legality, fitness for any specific purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Similar or identical output may be shown to other users. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any output before publishing or using it, and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

8. Service Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, design, brand, logo, and source code remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited usage license described here.

9. Fees, Billing, and Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are ILS 490 per month (VAT included where applicable), charged to a credit card or other payment method offered at checkout. The first charge occurs at sign-up; subsequent charges occur on the same day each month (or near it), until cancellation. A failed charge (e.g., expired or declined card) may cause temporary suspension of access until the payment is resolved. Third-party processor fees may apply and are not our responsibility. We may offer promotional discounts or coupons from time to time; promotion-specific terms will be presented at checkout.

10. Cancellation, Termination, and Suspension

You may cancel the subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment, by emailing support@lidercontent.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you may continue to use the Service until that period ends, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. No pro-rata refunds are provided for the current billing period, except where required by law (including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, if applicable). A consumer right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law (where it applies) — within 14 days of the initial sign-up transaction, provided that no material use of the Service has been made. We may suspend or terminate your account, temporarily or permanently, if you violate these Terms, if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your access to your content may be lost; we recommend that you download any content you wish to keep ahead of time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or shown in the Service. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
