Privacy Policy

Beta: The Service is currently in closed beta. Data collection and processing practices may change. We will update this policy accordingly.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. The Service is operated by Roee Liderman as a sole operator.

1. Data We Collect

Email address for authentication (handled via Supabase). Brand profile you provide: niche, goals, voice traits, values, example posts, audience. Content generated by the Service: ideas, scripts, rendered videos. Usage and cost logs: number of renders, job statuses, error data. Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, timestamps — for security and diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate the Service and provide its features to you. To generate content for you via third-party AI models (Google Gemini). To render videos and store them temporarily until you download them. To diagnose issues, improve the Service, and measure costs. To communicate with you about operational matters (e.g., error alerts, service updates). We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for targeted advertising.

3. Sub-processors

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service. Your data may be processed or stored outside Israel and the EU, subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies: Google (Gemini API) — text processing and content generation. Amazon Web Services (Remotion Lambda, eu-central-1 region) — video rendering. Cloudflare R2 — storage of rendered video files. Supabase — user authentication and database. Vercel — application hosting and edge runtime.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage only to maintain your session (authentication) and basic locale preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, and no marketing profiling.

5. Data Retention

Rendered videos are automatically deleted from R2 storage 30 days after creation. Ideas, scripts, and brand profile are kept as long as your account is active. Account data (email) is kept until you request deletion. Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of all your personal data from the Service. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@lidercontent.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting your account will result in loss of access to all content you created.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), controlled database access, and standard tools to protect data. However, no system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and in particular the beta phase may have lower hardening than a mature production system.

8. Children Under 16

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that an underage user has registered, we will delete the account.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be sent by email. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
